Plan Limits

Every workspace runs under a plan that sets four ceilings: how many services you can create, how many active license keys can exist at once, how many runtime API requests you get per month, and how long event logs are retained. The table below is the current allocation per plan. Free is meant for evaluating the whole flow end to end; the moment you sell to real customers, Basic or higher removes the active-key cap that Free hits first.

• Active license keys is the limit most sellers hit first on Free, because every key counts against the cap until it is archived or deleted.
• Basic increases the API allowance to 200,000 requests per month; Advanced raises it to 1,500,000. Pro and Enterprise remove the request cap entirely.
• Service and API caps only disappear on Pro and Enterprise. Basic and Advanced keep a service ceiling but gain unlimited active keys.
• Log retention grows with the plan, from 3 days on Free up to 365 on Enterprise. Once an event ages past your retention window it stops appearing in activity feeds and analytics.
• Unlimited means the plan is not constrained by the normal public-plan cap. It is not a bypass of abuse protection; sustained automated traffic is still rate-limited per IP.
